Data Deletion Instructions

You can permanently delete your PixoraAI account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains the steps and the data we delete.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (Recommended)

Open PixoraAI

Launch the app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings

Tap the Profile icon (bottom-right) → Settings.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.

Confirm deletion

Read the warning, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Confirm. Your request is processed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app or your account, send a deletion request to our support team:

  1. Send an email to vionyxtechnologies@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - PixoraAI".
  3. Include the following information so we can verify your identity:
    • The email address registered with your PixoraAI account.
    • The sign-in method you used (Google / Apple / Facebook / email).
    • (Optional) Your user ID, if known.
    • A short statement: "I request the permanent deletion of my PixoraAI account and personal data."
  4. We will confirm the request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Option 3 — Revoke Facebook Login access (if you signed in with Facebook)

If you connected your Facebook account, you can also revoke access directly through Facebook:

  1. Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and Websites.
  3. Find PixoraAI in the list and tap Remove.
  4. Then complete Option 1 or Option 2 above so we can delete your data from our servers as well.

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account profile (email, display name, profile picture).
  • Authentication tokens linked to Google / Apple / Facebook.
  • All photos and AI-generated images stored on our servers.
  • Prompts, edit history, and saved creations.
  • Device identifiers tied to your account.
  • Support conversation history.

What may be retained

Limited data retention required by law or for business records

We may retain a minimal set of data after account deletion when legally required, including:

  • Transaction & invoice records — to comply with tax and accounting laws (typically retained 5–10 years).
  • Anonymized usage logs — stripped of personal identifiers and used only for aggregate analytics.
  • Abuse and fraud records — to protect the Service and prevent re-registration by violators.

This retained data cannot be linked back to you personally.

Processing time

  • In-app deletion (Option 1): Account is disabled immediately; full data erasure within 30 days.
  • Email request (Option 2): Confirmation within 3 business days; full deletion within 30 days.

After deletion

  • Your account becomes unrecoverable. We cannot restore deleted data.
  • You will need to create a new account if you want to use the Service again in the future.
  • Active paid subscriptions are not automatically cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel them separately in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions settings.

Cancelling active subscriptions

To stop recurring billing before deleting your account:

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions → PixoraAI → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PixoraAI → Cancel.
